30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Our customer support team will guide you on the return process, including any necessary shipping instructions.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
