How long will delivery take?

We ship through Australia Post and standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Signature is required on delivery.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our team will pick and despatch your order. Tracking information will be provided so you can track the progress of your order.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address you supplied, the carrier will attempt to deliver and then hold your package at the closest Australia Post office for 10 days.

If you do not pick your order up within the 10 days, the order will be sent back to us. We will contact you and arrange an additional delivery. Additional deliveries will incur charges.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

If you would like a refund, upon delivery, you can refuse the package (do not sign) and it will be sent back to us where we will then contact you confirming your refund. Your refund will be processed in accordance with Refund Policy.

What should I do if I receive damage or wrong product?

Contact us immediately on 1300 191 935 or via email sales@pulserecovery.com.au. We will oragnise a replacement to be shipped immediately.

While this things are unlikely, rest assured we will act immediately to ensure you can receive your replacement ASAP.
