h. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

Resolution Process:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty service unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.

Important Reminder:

Retain your dated proof of purchase for warranty claims. This warranty is applicable only to products purchased from authorized retailers.
